We receive and review the referral, documentation and instructions to ensure the practitioner, you and your client have the information required.
The assessment is completed, followed by report preparation and our quality assurance process.
The completed report is provided to you, along with the invoice. We remain available to assist with any ongoing communication or further requirements.
